DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) full-time or part-time

Recently, in our team meeting: 
Joachim: “We urgently need reinforcements for our projects, someone who really knows their way around Kubernetes.”
Linda: “I've already prepared a job advertisement with the title DevOps Engineer (f/m/d).”
Markus: “Important note: It's not just about writing a few YAML files. We are looking for someone who truly understands the operation and management of modern container platforms at the core.”
Peter: "Exactly. Anyone who knows how to set up and run production-ready Kubernetes environments, whether with OpenShift, Rancher, EKS, AKS, or GKE, is in the right place with us.“
Berni: ”Absolutely. We are a BizTech consultancy, which means we build platforms that deliver real business value. For that, we need a deep understanding of security, scalability, and automation. This includes topics like Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, and compliance. It's about structure, standards, and governance.“
Markus: ”And monitoring! Almost everyone knows Prometheus and Grafana, but the decisive factor is whether someone recognizes what should be monitored in the first place and why. The same applies to CI/CD pipelines."
Peter: “If you know the ecosystem, you might have worked with ArgoCD or Flux. In the end, however, systemic thinking is more important to us than a perfect set of buzzwords. Tools change, but the understanding remains.”
Berni: ”Still, a certain amount of experience should be there, especially in the productive use of OpenShift or comparable platforms. If you version complex infrastructures and deploy them automatically, you'll fit right in“
Linda: ”And what about the background? A university degree?"
Joachim: "Whether the knowledge was acquired through a degree or vocational training is secondary for us. What matters is that someone pursues the topic seriously and isn't starting from scratch."
Linda: "Got it. Salary-wise, we’re looking at 60–75k€ for this role, depending on experience. Plus our benefits like a company pension plan (bAV), childcare allowance, and the flexibility of part-time models.“
Annabelle: ”Our colleagues in Zagreb are also looking forward to the exchange. That's why fluent German and English skills are mandatory. Croatian is, as always, the cherry on top.“
Peter: ”We keep the application process lean: first a conversation with Joachim and me. Then getting to know the team. If that goes well, there's a case study – and just to be clear: it's not a 'pass/fail' test, but about collaborative problem-solving to see how we vibe together. Finally, meeting our colleagues in Zagreb to feel the CROZ spirit."
Joachim: “We want to grow CROZ DACH here in Munich and across Germany. We are looking for people who take responsibility and look forward to an open corporate culture.”
